Grants are a hot topic and whether you are a first time buyer or a second time or third time buyer, whho doesnt want grant money? Some of the grants mentioned and I am not a YouTube Pro yet but I am going to try to put times and topics in this description. Tip 1: Tell your lender and realtor you are interested in seeing if you qualify for any grants. Tip 2: If you are 1 year out, 6 months out, 2 years out...have a consultation with a realtor and lender soon so that you can make a plan. Grants have a lot of stipulations in most cases. They will want all the items lenders ask for in most cases but a lot of grants have income limits and stipulations like taking a homebuyers course and not being under contract before you get the funds.
