The average sales price has increased in Suffolk from last month to $405,000 from $396,500, that number is also higher than the average sales price from September of last year!
Suffolk has the most inventory at a little over 4 months of supply for home buyers to chose from!
I think people are still getting used to moving to Suffolk, the average days on market is the highest of the 7 cities at 31 days on the market, in other cities you are seeing more of that 21-25 days on the market. But for Suffolk the average days has decreased by 4 days from last month so traction is picking up in the Suffolk market for home buyers.
Closed deals are only slightly down year to year and from last month as well.
Suffolk is a great central location in the Hampton Roads with a lot of great plans and initiatives coming their way!
