Norfolk's month of September was very similar to August with a few changes but nothing too drastic!
If you are looking in Norfolk the average price has dropped slightly by a couple of thousand.
Days homes are sitting on the market is still at that average 22 days but thats up almost 30% compared to last year so essentially you have more time to look and decide this year vs last year (homes were moving a bit quicker).
New inventory has gone up slightly in Norfolk from last year but total inventory has dropped ever so slightly from last month!
Closed deals in Norfolk is lower than last month and last year for overall numbers.
I'd say if you are considering Norfolk, depending on the area you may be able to negotiate something you desire into a contract.
