The average sales price has dropped slightly month to month but increased from last year almost by 6%.
The average days on market has dropped by 1 day compared to the month before which means homes sold a little quicker.
There were 7% less of new listing and inventory has dropped from last month as well. Less homes were sold but some listings also expired during that time.
Although inventory is slightly lower than last month from last year there is much more inventory than Sept 2024, 15% more inventory!
